Welcome to Part II of our summer series!

As promised, we are excited to share with you Part II of our summer seminar series on August 16th!

We are delighted to welcome you to the second part of our summer series. The event will be held on Thursday 16th of August. The theme of this seminar is exclusively on technology and finance by looking through two very intertwined evolutionary developments of our century. As many of you already know, we take networking as seriously as learning about new topics so please get to know each other over drinks and nibbles kindly provided by our event host.

The seminar will start with a presentation by Catherine Gu who is the founder of Quantess discussing “MimbleWimble: Confidential Transaction in Blockchain”. This will be followed by Sohee Park, Managing Director and Analytics & Data Science Strategist and Portfolio Manager for J.P. Morgan’s Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB), to discuss “The Role of Data Analytics in Transforming Investment Banks”.

Please Note: the seminar will start from 6pm on Thursday 16th August at J.P. Morgan (60 Victoria Embankment). Admissions to the venue will close at 6.30pm to ensure the event starts promptly.
